LEASING FEE: 50% OF THE 1ST MONTH’S RENT COLLECTED This fee covers everything involved in leasing a property, including marketing, photography, showings, vetting tenants, move-in inspection, and everything else involved in the leasing process.

LEASING PLACEMENT ONLY-NO PROPERTY MANAGEMENT (OWNER MANAGE): 100% OF 1ST MONTH’S RENT COLLECTED

LEASE RENEWALS: $150 OF RENT COLLECTED

INSPECTION OF PROPERTY: $50

SUPERVISORY FEES FOR REPAIRS: 10% OF INVOICE-NOT LESS THAN $25 AND NO MORE THAN $200 This fee covers when we are called upon to provide estimates and oversee repairs.
